Salvation Is A Gift Of GOD # Episode 76

In the book of Romans chapter 8 verses 9 and 10, it says “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”

In this episode 76 of “Live to Your Full Potential Podcast,” I went through on what we have already discussed so far in this series of “Why It’s Important to Be Born Again.”

I also shared three stages and phases of Salvation. There is Instant Salvation (Justification). This one is the salvation of your spirit. Once you receive the Lord Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are saved from the penalty of sin. What’s next is Continuous Salvation (Sanctification).  This is the salvation of your soul (life) where your mind, feelings, and emotions are.  Once you become born again, you are going to the phase of sanctification, being saved from the power of sin. And the third stage or phase is Final Salvation (Glorification).  This is the salvation of the entire man where body, soul, and spirit is set free from the presence of sin. This happens when our mortal beings will be changed to immortal (eternal) beings, when we are given the glorified bodies.

So salvation is work in progress, and it’s the work of GOD. Our job is to just believe and receive it by faith, cooperate with GOD and yield to His Will for our lives, and He will perform what He has promised.
