I’M CHRISTIAN…Hahaha. Soldiers don’t quit, even when it’s very painful or are annoyingly wounded and we don’t understand why because we decide to obey GOD. I am telling you the truth, if you are looking to fulfil your sinful desires and whatever your body and hormones tell you or constantly feeding your emotions, Christianity may not be for you. Matthew 16:24 says “Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” Now, that is real discipline and you can’t do that following your emotions and selfish and sinful desires. Only by walking in the Spirit and by being guided by the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD you can truly do that on daily basis. The disciples are the disciplined ones. The Bible says as human beings we are weak, so the best thing we can do is to tell the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD, PAPPA, I’m weak please take me as I am, and help me live Matthew 16:24 daily through YOU, and please pick me up each time I fall to godly standards so that I continue with this race till the end. All those Christians we see they are doing much better than us is because they have realized the importance of the HOLY SPIRIT each day because they can’t deny everything on their own strengths. Romans 8:14 says “For those who are led by the SPIRIT of GOD are the children of GOD.” So we are supposed to be led by the SPIRIT of GOD as the children of GOD. You can’t be the child of GOD and leave the HOLY SPIRIT out of the equation.
Anyway, let’s continue with our series. But before that let’s rebuke some of the things that have been in my mind lately.
Dear HEAVENLY FATHER, by the Power of YOUR GLORY and MAJESTY, I apply the Blood of JESUS on me and Mclee, on our children, on you my audiences, on our families, on all our loved ones and everyone concerning us. In the Authority of The LORD JESUS CHRIST, I decree and declare we shall escape any forms of unnecessary imprisonments in our lives whether it be spiritually, physically, mentally, financially, career and health wise, in the MIGHTY NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. HOLY FATHER, in the Authority of The LORD JESUS CHRIST, we shall escape all evil and wrong accusations against us. LORD please fight for us. No jail experiences and sentencing for us. No plots against us will ever prosper. No free masonry, no 666, no devil, no witchcraft, no black goats, no demonic societies and sororities for me, Mclee, our children, on you my audiences, on our families, and all our loved ones and everyone concerning us in the MIGHTY NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. LORD save us and all our loved ones from evil foundations that are holding us hostages. HEAVENLY FATHER, rescue us and all our loved ones if we have sold our souls to the devil, in the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS, unknowingly or knowingly in the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS CHRIST.
In this episode 116 of “Live to Your Full Potential Podcast,” we go through six points why GOD allows trials, storms, tests, persecutions, temptations, tribulations, and so forth in our lives. One of the reasons for instance is as part of spiritual fitness and exercise. In 1Timothy 4:8 says “For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.” Another translation says “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.”
GOD can allow us to go through things and circumstances to grow us spiritually until we become men and women of mature characters. So HE uses trials, tests, and all other sorts of things to develop us into spiritual maturity. I heard this man of GOD saying that there are three signs of spiritual maturity. One, hearing from GOD. If you are able to hear from GOD, then mostly likely you are on this journey of spiritual maturity. Two, you are trusting GOD in everything. If you are that person who trust GOD in everything wholeheartedly without questioning HIM, then you are spiritual mature. And the third is you are obeying GOD. And you can’t obey GOD if you don’t trust HIM.
And the seventh reason which is not part of the sixth mentioned on this episode but I have mentioned in previous episode is many times it is through our hardships and our adversaries we are able to see GOD and HIS Faithfulness. So we get to really know GOD through trials, tests, and persecutions.
